If you've never encountered dobby fabrics before, you're in for a treat! Dobby fabric has a slightly raised, uneven texture, that is still durable and suitable for piecing and applique. Dobby fabric is often used in Japanese quilting for its unique texture and how it plays with light. Also suitable for tops, dresses, skirts, light pants, and home decor projects.

This moss green fabric features taiyaki (fish-shaped grilled pancakes filled with sweet red beans) and tea.
