Shipping policy

 

Shipping estimates at checkout only indicate how long your package will take to arrive once it has been shipped.

For customized orders, please see the product description for specific lead times on these items. If you need your product by a specific date please send an inquiry to hello@oldriverdesign.com prior to purchasing. Please note that fulfilment times are NOT guaranteed, but we will do our best to meet your needs.

For all other orders, orders will be fulfilled and ship within 2 to 4 business days via USPS.

All orders come with tracking numbers. If you do not receive your poackage within 10 business days of the ship date, please contact hello@oldriverdesign.com so we can sort it out.
