FULFILMENT & SHIPPING

Shipping estimates at checkout only indicate how long your package will take to arrive once it has been shipped.

For customized orders, please see the product description for specific lead times on these items. If you need your product by a specific date please send an inquiry to hello@oldriverdesign.com prior to purchasing. Please note that fulfilment times are NOT guaranteed, but we will do our best to meet your needs.

For all other orders, orders will be fulfilled and ship within 2 to 4 business days via USPS.

All orders come with tracking numbers.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

There are NO refunds on customized items and shipping. For non-customized/personalized items, please contact hello@oldriverdesign.com within 15 days of receiving your order to find out what your options are. We want our customers to be happy customers!

In all circumstances, we cannot cover the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or mistake made on our part.
