Dobby fabric has a slightly raised, uneven texture, that is still durable and suitable for piecing and applique. Dobby fabric is often used in Japanese quilting for its unique texture and how it plays with light. Also suitable for tops, dresses, skirts, pants, and home decor projects.

This Morikiku brand dobby is printed with a sakura and rabbit pattern with a pink background. Morikiku has been producing fabrics in Japan for over 100 years, and are known for their high quality textiles.
